What helps me along the way is a combination of character traits:
On the one hand, the people around me describe me as analytical, structured, dedicated and disciplined. I am a goal-oriented visionary and never shy away from a difficult conversation.
On the other hand, the same people describe me as very sociable and easy going. I am open-minded and non-judgmental, patient and a good listener.
This combined helps me to connect (with) people and get things done.
When I am not working, I love just hanging out with my wife and kids, trying to savour the small things. Challenging myself physically and mentally through endurance sports, reading and mindfulness keeps me fit and grounded.
